Exclusions:

Builder’s work, including cupboard alterations
Replacement or servicing of tapware where existing mixers are unsuitable
Rectification of any pre-existing plumbing issues
Roof flashings
Landscaping works
Upgrading existing electrical switchboards, switchboard components, circuit protection devices, MCBs, or RCDs required to achieve compliance

Attend site and isolate the water supply to allow safe disconnection of the existing hot water system
Carefully remove the existing hot water cylinder and dispose of it off-site
Supply and install 1 x Rheem AmbiPower MDC 180L Heat Pump (2.4kW)
Supply and install all necessary valves to achieve a fully compliant and serviceable installation
Complete all associated pipework using a combination of copper and Buteline PEX as required
Terminate the drain line into an existing drain point located within 2 metres of the cylinder position
Electrical connection by our licensed electrical contractor, including supply and installation of a new dedicated circuit from the distribution board to the heat pump unit, complete with a local isolator, based on a standard compliant connection allowance
Any remedial works or upgrades required due to a non-compliant existing electrical system will be treated as a variation
Carry out full system testing and commissioning to confirm reliable and efficient operation
Upon completion, leave the site clean, tidy, and ready for use

No allowances for sub trades apart from the electrician (replacing the existing switch and wiring)
No building work has been allowed
Where a house does not have a pressure limiting valve installed on the property, we can install this at an additional cost of $180+GST
No allowance for the upgrading of existing low pressure tapware (this is not always required)
Our electrical contractor will attend the site and connect the hot water cylinder. Please note, within this section, we have allowed for a standard wiring reconnection. If the onsite electrician deems the electrical components to be non-compliant, meaning the electrical box needs to be replaced or new wiring has to be run back to the distribution board, additional charges will apply
Replacing or servicing of any tapware if required due to mixers not being suitable for mains pressure
Rectification of any non-compliant existing installs or pipework
